To upgrade or not?

     hello everyone,

    I know that I am behind the times as I still use Adobe CS2 and not 3. I am wondering if anyone can tell me the major differences they have seen between the old version of Flash and the new? I have heard that it is much harder to do some of the same functions-----she did not give me an example.

    Thanks for any tips you can give me, before I take the big jump off a cliff!
